Description
This request is a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. SINLEC-04-Q-0016. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed purchase order for Item 1 - 320 each Circuit Continuity Indicator/Tester. Indicator High-Intensity Red LED, Range in Ohms: 0-Infinity , Contacts: Chrome Plated, Non-Captive. Handy compact test device, redundant safety design insuring fast and safe reading. Item 2 - 158 each Blasting machine, designed for Electric Initiators and Non-Electric Initiators, light weight and durable, Waterproof, Resistant to impact, sand, dust oils and tampering. To utilize recessed switching for switch protection and for safety. Connection: 2 heavy-duty binding posts and/or 1 replaceable shock Tube Connector. Firing capacity: 135 ohm blasting circuit and/or 1 non-relectric shock tube. Built in Continuity Indicator: LED, detects presence of circuit at binding posts and includes power limiter and is fused. Ready Indicator: High Intensity LED. Delivery will be to Embassy Freight Forwarder in Miami, Florida. Packaging, packing and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Colombia without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. Prices should be FOB destination Miami, Florida. Award will be made based on the best value for the U.S. Government, price and technical considerations included. Bids are limited to NAFTA based companies. All bidders must be listed in the Central Contractor Registration at http//www.ccr.gov/ for possible contract award consideration.
