Description

Upper Sardis Non-Motorized Trail Construction 3.3 Miles. This project is on the Holly Springs Ranger District, National Forests in Mississippi, Lafayette County. Contract time is 60 calendaar days. Estimated price range is between $25,000-$100,000. The successful contractor will be required to furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to beginning work. Contractors submitting quotes in excess of $100,000 will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to beginning work. The NAICS Code is 237990. The Size Standard is $28.5 Million. There will be a site showing/pre-proposal conference for this project. Prospective offerors should meet at the Holly Springs District Ranger's Office, 1000 Front Street, Oxford, MS 38655 at 10:00 a.m. on March 25, 2004. This project is open to both large and small businesses. Solicitation may be obtained by FAX requests at 601.965.6029. Telephone requests are discouraged. Package will not be available from FEDBIZ OPPS, you must request solicitation by FAX. If you want the package mailed via FEDEX, you must provide account number. NOTE: Please pay special attention to all clauses and provisions pertaining to Central Contractor Registration. This will affect your doing business with the Government.
