Description

The barge is twenty- (20) feet long, ten- (10) foot beam, with an overall depth of three (3) feet. Approximate weight is 10,000Lbs.The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment; make all removals and restorations; remove and replace interference's; rig and unrig; make all dissassemblies and subsequent reassemblies to accomplish the work specified herein. All work shall be in compliance with the latest Regulatory Body requirements. The term, "Regulatory Bodies" includes the, United States Coast Guard, United States Public Health Service, the Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Federal (FED-OSHA), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Statement of Work includes Contractor to furnish truck delivery of the barge to contractor's facility, surface preparation, hull coating, catodic protection, ultrasonic thinckness survey and and minor interior repairs. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
