Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for FSC: 6625 ? Bit Synchronizer BSM1 Model: 2052 MFR: Apogee Labs or equal. Quantity ? 4 each. INPUTS: 4 inputs, 10k, 75, 50 ohm single ended, BNC. Input signal 0.2 to 10 V p-p, selectable polarity, offset plus signal to +/- 15 V. Base variation up to signal level at 0.1% of bit rate. 100bps to 20Mbps NRZ. Tuning resolution 0.1%. De-randomizes R-NRZ-9, 11,15,17,23. SYNCHRONIZATION: Loop bandwidth 0.1% to 3.2% of bit rate in 0.1% steps. Capture range is 3 times loop bandwidth. Tracking range is +/- 12%. Sync threshold is ODB for NRZ & Bi0 codes. 1db of theoretical BER performance. OUPUTS: 0 degree clock and data in TTL format, BNC connectors, 50/75 ohm. Requires 2 MITC Chassis slots. Delivery within 30 days of contract award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA4801-04-Q0191 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334220. The size standard for a small business under the NAICS code is 750 employees. All line items will be awarded in the aggregate. Delivery of services by: 30 days ADC. Delivery to: Holloman AFB, NM 88310. FOB Destination. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price- price will be the only factor in the award of this purchase order.
