This is an ammendment to the Pre-solicitation notice posted on the FedBizOpps on March 8, 2004, Solicitation Number W74V8H-04-R-0026. This ammendment provides response to questions received as follows: (1) Services are being procured on a Full and Open Co mpetition basis. (2) Government expect to issue a Single award Time and Material (T&M) contract for (1) One Year and (2) Option Years. (3) This a basic contract. The Government intends to issue a Best Value/Trade-Off RFP that will be available on or about March 29, 2004 at the following URL: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp. No telephone requests for the RFP package will b e accepted. Questions/comments pertaining to the RFP may be sent via e-mail to consuelo.reyes-salas@hqda.army.mil with a courtesy copy to Patricia.Denard@hqda.army.mil.
