Description

The Government intends to issue a Sole Source Award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Altris, Lindon Utah 84042. Anticipate Award Date : 03/22/04. Item #0001 Deployment Solution New Lic. Item #0002: AUP for Deployment Solution Lic# 7014. Item #000 3: AUP for Deployment Solution Lic# U3TQH-B1C28-H2Y8U-6BC5H. Item #0004: AUP for Deployment Solution Lic# 98T11-3YLBD-QUJFX-9KNB6. Item #0005: AUP for Helpdesk Solution - 1 Concurrent User License Lic #7014. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for com mercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in thie notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will no t be issued. This solicitation services as the Request for Quotation. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Best Value to the Governme nt will be used to evaluate offers. This includes but is not limited to the best price when considering the merits of all offers. Offers need to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification Commercial Ite ms with their offer. Offers must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and should include their DUNS number, Cage Code and Federal Tax ID number. The Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Ese cutive Order-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers are due by 1300 EST on 03/22/04. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
