This action was originally publicized in the FebBizOps dated 6 Jan 04. This amended synopsis is issued to make the following changes: Add Helicomb International, Inc., Cage Code 6W159, as an approved source. Add The Government does not have adequat e data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part form additional sources. Change Contracting Officer to Floyd Kit Carlton. Add Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 25 each, 330 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Req uired Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 25 each, 220 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule with Alternate II is 25 each, 275 Days After Contract Award. Change F.O B Origin to F.O. B Destination. Delete note 22. A ll other information published in the original synopsis is correct.
