Description

The work consists of manual maintenance on 629 acres. Project site is located in the Umpqua Resource Area, Coos Bay District, Oregon. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed thirty percent (30%) of the total contract price. Bonds are required: Bid Bond, 20%; Performance Bond, 20%; and Payment Bond, 20%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is March 26, 2004. This solicitation is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. See Numbered Note(s) 27.
