Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites proposals for a new one story, ranch modular home approximately 62' x 27' 6" . House includes family room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, dressing room, and full size basement (includes concrete foundation with 8' walls, garage door, stairs to basement), with attached two car garage. New well and septic system and drain field. Additional features include a new oil fired furnace with two zone baseboard heat, new oil storage tank, supplemental EPA approved air tight wood burning stove, external block chimney with two terracotta flues, 500 gallon propane storage tank, washing machine, propane clothes dryer, propane cook stove, propane hot water heater, and dishwasher. Security features include outside lighting, alarm system, and automatic garage door opener. New outdoor garden shed approximately 10' x 12', with two ground fault 110 volt 15 amp outlets. Installation of new utility pole. Rear deck, asphalt driveways front and rear (8,000 square feet). Grade, seed, and finish landscape. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. There will not be a solicitation issued. Please mail proposals to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035-9589, Attn: Christopher Murphy, no later than April 1, 2004. Proposals will be evaluated on price and other related factors.
