Purchase request is intended to be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Contract, inclusive of a 100% Quantity Option. Quantity 72 pcs. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP003. FOB Destination. Alternate offerors are required to submit a complete technical data package with their offer in order to be considered as an additional source. Electronic offers are not acceptable. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
