Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma Arizona, intends to negotiate and award a contract to the Directorate of Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Cactus Club, a non-appropriate d funds activity at USAYPG to provide food services for approximately 390 military personnel at USAYPG during the period of 26 March 04 through 19 April 04. Estimating a total of 3,120 breakfast meals and 3,900 dinner meals will be delivered. Due to the remote location of the installation (30 miles from Yuma) and the lack of military mess facilities, MWR is the only facility capable of feeding military personnel in accordance with the Army Master Menu. This acquisition will be issued using Simplified Acq uisition Procedures (SAP), FAR 13. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5812 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 722310 with a size standard of $17.5M.
