The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Cir cular 20, dated 2/23/04. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 423450, small business size standard of 100 employees. The North Dakota National Guard is requesting a specific make and model quotation for the purchase of a S orodex Excel D Digital Panoramic X-Ray, Planmeca Intra Mobile X-Ray IXM2002, Schick Single User Software, Computer Workstation to include: P4 2Ghz Processor with Windows XP, 256DDR RAM, 56K Modem, 54X CDRom, 3.5 Floppy, 32MB Video Card, Network Cabling, 1 year on-site service, 15 inch Flat Panel Monitor, Cordless Keyboard and Mouse, HP6122 Printer, Battery Back-up, IDE RAID Controller, 80 GB 7200 RPM Hard Drive, 20GB Travan Back-Up Tape Drive and 8 - 20GB Seagate Travan Tapes, quote must also include Instal lation, User Training and Shipping. Delivery will be to the USPFO Warehouse #1, 4100 E Divide Ave, Bismarck, ND 58506. Installation will be at the RJB Armory, 4200 E Divide Ave, Bismarck, ND 58506.
