Description: This synopsis is amended to add the following: The Government wishes to invite potential offerors for the Advanced Solar Covers for an Industry Day at Natick. The purpose is to allow potential offerors to view a solar shade produced here at Natick and to open for discussions, questions and answers. The Industry Day will take place on Friday, March 26, 2004 at the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center installation at Natick, MA. There will be a morning session from 0900 through 1100 and an afternoon session from 1300 through 1500 only. The U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center is located at 1 Kansas Street, Natick, MA 01760. The demonstration will take place in Building # 5. Potential offerors interested in the solar shade demonstration at Natick must register by e-mail with Xinia Llovet-Zurinaga, Contract Speci alist at: Xinia.Llovet-Zurinaga@natick.army.mil no later than March 24 close of business.Visitors must be U.S. citizen. They must mention in the registration the name of the company; city and state; names of the attendees (no more than 2 people per compan y); and the session that they will attend (morning or afternoon).The following are the directions for Natick Soldier System Center and nearby Hotels information: Directions and Lodging Information Directions to Natick Soldier Systems Center from Logan: 1. From Logan Airport take Ted Williams Tunnel exit which turns into Mass Turnpike West (I-90 W). 2. Follow I-90 West to exit 13 (See sign U.S Army Labs). 3. Stay to the LEFT, onto COCHITUATE RD/MA-30. 4. Turn RIGHT onto SPEEN STREET. 5. Merge onto MA-9 E/WORCESTER RD via the ramp on the left. 6. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto the ramp. 7.
