Description

Furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials, except for Government-furnished property, to construct a fish cleaning station. Work will include: 1) 100.00 CY Unclassified Excavation; 2) 30.00 cy Fill material, 1 1/2" screen rock; 3) 50.00 CY fill material, 3/4" aggregate Base Course; 4) 1 water system; 5) 1 Septic Tank and Drainage Field; 6) Installation of Ramada Structure; 7) 1 Fish Grinder Assembly; 8) 1 Electrical. Work under this contract is located in Lewis and Clark County, Wolf Creek + Interstate 15, 4 miles. Location of work is at the Holter Lake Campground. The Contractor will have 28 calender days after notice to proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This can be submitted by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. This award is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation will be posted electronically at "http://ideasec.nbc.gov/" on March 26, 2004. Paper copies are no longer available.
