Description

The purpose of this amendment is to clarify warranty information, delete & add items to the Original Scope of Work. CLARIFICATION: The Contractor shall provide the following warranty: One (1) year on labor, three (3) years on parts, equipment & programming. DELETE: Remove all reference to LON Net Systems and any certifications to that specific system. ADD: 1. System shall have BACKNET system application (standard web browser) 2. System shall have setback/warmup capabilities 3. Modify VFDs to interface with BACKNET system 4. Main controllers (penthouse, basement & mechanical rooms) shall have ten (10) each binary and ten (10) each analog spare points (universal in/out) 5. System shall have pager/dialer capabilities to notify mechanical staff of system alarms & fire alarms. 6. EMS shall identify all system alarms by screen announcements. 7. The system shall include a commercial grade printer 8. The system shall be capable of interfacing with the existing Pneumatic system This solicitation is also open to all Business sizes. The proposal due date has been extended to March 24, 2004 @ 4:00 p.m. EST. All other items & conditions of original Solicitation remain unchanged.
