- Description
- This announcement is to advise the Federal Aviation (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center, located at the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey, intends award a modification to extend the period of performance to contract no. DTFA03-99-D-00003 (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quanity type contract with Time and Material Delivery Orders for aircraft maintenance and inspection for a Government owned Boeing 727 aircraft equipped with JT8D-7 engines.) This modification is for a 3 (three) month extension, with the ceiling increased by 5,000 hours; there will also be 3 (three) 1 (one) month extension options. The anticipated issuance of this modification will be March 22, 2004 with an effective date of April 1, 2004. The purpose of this action is to provide a bridge contract until a follow on contract can be awarded. This office will make public a follow on solicitation on or about March 29, 2004.
