- Description
- The Government has intentions of contracting with Northrop Grumman (97942) for 9 each of 5950-01-515-6355, P/N 647R876 Rev D. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of March 18, 2004. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Since it is anticipated that the terms and conditions of Northrop Grumman’s BOA will be used, a formal RFP was not issued. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal for the approved part, which will be considered. The letter RFP opens on March 18, 2004 and closes at 1:00 p.m. on April 19, 2004. The solicitation is for ELECTRICAL COILS. Unit of issue is EACH. Destination: New Cumberland PA. Delivery Schedule- 120 days. See Numbered Notes 22, and 26
