Description

AMENDMENT: The purpose of Amendment 003 to Solicitation BEP-04-0007 is to provide a revised solicitation, which includes a restructured Section B (Schedule of Supplies and Services or Costs/Prices), revised Section C, (Description/Specification/Work Statement), Section F (Deliveries or Performance), Section J (List of Attachments), Section L (Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors), and Section M (Evaluation Factors for Award). In addition, the closing date is extended to March 29, 2004 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-FEB-2004).
