- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC) seeks information for supporting the Spanish version of the Real-Time Analytical Intelligence Database (RAID) at the NDIC Help Desk. RAID is an NDIC-developed software application used for document exploitation and investigative case support. Analysts extract information from source documents, enter it into the RAID database, and analyze it to help identify hidden assets, previously unknown associates, and other leads f or further investigation. RAID, available in English and Spanish, is actively marketed and used in the national operational and law enforcement community. The use of RAID is expanding to Spanish speaking customers, therefore, NDIC seeks a Help Desk/Call Ce nter solution for the RAID Spanish version that can be established and integrated with the current Help Desk operations. The solution must be scaleable, as NDIC anticipates expanding RAID and its support capability to include additional foreign languages, such as Arabic, French, German, and possibly others. NDIC seeks sources that can provide concepts, systems capabilities, and technical solutions to implement this type of capability. Interested contractors shall provide (1) a summary list of similar work p reviously performed or being performed; (2) a brief statement of project accomplishments, which state the outcomes, and impacts of these activities; and any other specific and pertinent information pertaining to this Sources Sought that would assist NDIC i n evaluation of the information submitted. All responses must reference Request for Information (RFI) number W909MY- 04-R-T071 and include the following: (1) name and address of firm, (2) type of business (i.e.: small business, small disadvantaged 8(a) certified, HUBZONE, woman-owned small business, small disadvantaged business (not 8(a) certified), veteran-owne d small business, disabled veteran owned business, etc.) . This Request for Information is for information only and information received will be for planning purposes only. The CECOM Acquisition Center-Washington does not intend to award a contract on the basis of your responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information presented or the use of any such information. All proprietary information should be marked as such. The closing date for responses is April 5, 2004.
