Description

This is a sole source for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplementd with additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of the Census intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Sterling Commerce for a CONNECT:Direct Unix (Tru64) License Renewal Fees and Maintenance FAR 6.302. However, all responses will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This announcement of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No other solicitation will be issued or is available.
