- This is a sources sought synopsis . This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This item is being considered for inclusion on contract F41608-00-D-0323. This is a long term requirements type contract with General Electric. The contract consists of sole source items. The items are coded ?4D?, indicating a unique design capability that is only available through the prime vendor or ?4H?, indicating a lack of sufficient data to allow competition. Qualification Requirements are currently not applicable to this requirement. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) manages the items listed below. If a source becomes qualified after the item has been added to the contract, the item(s) will be removed from the contract when the next option is exercised.
