Description
This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS Code is 561110 and the size standard is $6,000,000.00. Estimated cost of services is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 per year. This procurement has a Base Year + Four (4 ) one-year options. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price contract to provide Visitor Information Services, Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia. Arlington National Cemetery is America??????s most sacred shrine honoring those who have served in the United States Armed Forces. It receives over 4.5 million visitors, conducts over 6,000 funerals and hosts over 3,000 ceremonies each year. It is the site for visits by the President of the United States and foreign Heads of State and other national and international dignitaries. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and materials to provide daily visitors services at the Visitors Center . This includes telephone inquiries, issuing passes , researching grave locations, and providing general information to those visitors touring the cemetery or attending funerals or ceremonial events. The project will be advertised as a Request for Propos al (RFP) using Best Value procedures. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE PROVIDE D IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT, FREE OF CHARGE, TO ALL REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS. THE MEDIA THROUGH WHICH THE GOVERNMENT CHOOSES TO ISSUE THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ON THE WEB SITE; THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN PAPER. CONTRACTORS MAY VIEW AND/OR DOWNLO AD SOLICITATION INFORMATION FROM THE INTERNET AT HTTPS://EBS.NAB.USACE.ARMY.MIL. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST GO TO THIS WEB SITE TO REGISTER AS A PLAN HOLDER. IN ORDER TO REGISTER EACH CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE A VALID DUN & BRADSTREET NUMBER AND CAGE CODE NUMBER AS SIGNED FOR THE SPECIFIC LOCATION BEING REGISTERED AND ALSO BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR DATABASE. EACH CONTRACTOR NEED ONLY REGISTER ONCE FOR EACH SOLICITATION. ONLY REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS WILL BE PROVIDED THE SOLICITATION. In order to reduc e the possibility of error and to increase the quality of our service to you, all deliveries, packages, etc. must include the name of the particular Contract Specialist for the particular project. All deliveries, packages, etc. of more than one box or con tainer must be bound together by tape or other means. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
