Description

Lease of 300 parking spaces within three (3) blocks of Clifford Davis Federal Bldg., 167 N. Main, Memphis, TN. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation No. W912EQ-04-T-0014 issued as an invitation for quote and this document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-32. This procurement will be an unrestricted solicitation. To qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in the field on which it is bidding on government contracts, the number of employees of a concern and its affiliat es must not exceed $5.0 million. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7521. The spaces shall be provided for use during the hours of 0530 a.m. to 1800 p.m., Monday through Saturday, excluding all federal holidays. The term of the contract shal l be in full force and effect for a period of one year from date of receipt of contractor of notice of award plus any extention of contract term exercised.
