- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City (NSWC-PC) intends to award a sole source contract to Quantum Analytics for the acquisition of a Gas Analysis System consisting of a Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer Instrumentation. The gas analysis system is unique for the following reasons. The instrumentation includes the following equipment manufactured by Agilent Technologies: Mass Spectrometer, Ion Gauge, Mass Spectral Library, Gas Chromatograph, and capillary columns. Also included is the instrumentation manufactured by Entech Instruments: Pre-concentrator, Fused silica lined canisters, Dynamic Diluter, Oven cleaning system. Quantum Analytics is a channel partner with both the Agilent Technologies and Entech Instruments. Quantum Analytics is the only company that can build the system according to specifications and ensure that the equipment is installed and works according to published guidelines. This complete instrumentation package is the only one on the market that will allow for the analysis and quantitation of Formaldehyde, other aldehydes and volatile hydrocarbons down to the low Parts Per Billion level with only as little of 100-200 cc of gas standard or unknown sample. Quantum Analytics and Entech Instruments guarantee that the installed instrumentation package will be able to reproduce the published research. There is no other instrumentation package on the market that has the research data and the equipment that will guarantee this level of performance. FSC Code: 6630 NAICS: 334513.Size Standard: 500.
