PRON: AX4F5012AX, NSN: 1615-01-257-5795, PN: 7-311511135-7, Quantity: 962 each minimum and 1962 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement contract, applicable to the AH-64 Aircraf t with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 485 each, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 477 the next month. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 485 each, 280 DACA and 477 the next month. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 485 each, 350 DACA and 477 the next month. This is a Flight Safety Part that is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. This item is restricted to The Purdy Corp., Cage Code 15152 and JACO Engineering, Cage Code 1H427, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source (s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themsel ves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by t he Agency. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation wil l not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
