You may fax or mail your request to ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, PAM MYRES, CONTRACTING OFFICER O R MAJOR SPARROW, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, Fax 256-876-5311. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX4C0063AX, NSN: 4320-01-119-3842, PN: 145DS012-3. Quantity: 100 each, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Production Lead-time is 25 each, 141 Days After contract Award (DACA) and 25 each month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272 and Parker Hannifin Corporation., Cage Code 86329, because this p art must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. F irms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agen cy. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the Solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNIC AL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
