Description

This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. Only one firm will be selected for this solicitation. Southern Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command is presently seeking a General Contractors in the Tallahassee Florida area. The scope of work includes but is not limited to replacement of: (2) sets of double doors, hardware on (3) three exterior metal doors, hardware (latching devices) on (3) three sets of exterior storefront doors, and (2) overhead roll-up doors. Work also includes refinishing approximately (60) wood interior doors and (3) bathroom benches. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed-price contract not to exceed 90 days from the date of contract award. This contract will not exceed $80,000. The estimated project value will be between $30,000 and $80,000. No new work can be issued after award of initial contract. Offerors must also be registered in the Contractors Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement. The website for CCR is http://www.ccr2000.com.
