- The 30th Contracting Squadron on Vandenberg AFB, CA is soliciting offers for rental service to provide Lighting, Theatrical and Stage Dressing for Guardian Challenge “2004” Opening Ceremonies and Banquet, on Vandenberg AFB, CA., in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information, which will be included in the solicitation along with this notification. The solicitation number is FA4610-04-Q-0001 and will be issues as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. The NAICS code for this project is 532490, and the small business standard size is $6.0M. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Due to the nature of this requirement, there will be a site visit held on 17 February 2004 at 1:00P.M. PST. It is highly recommended that all offerors attend the site visit. All offerors who plan to attend the site visit must submit the names of the personnel from your firm by fax or email no later than 13 February 2004 by 12:00P.M. PST. Any questions or comments must be emailed or faxed to Celeste Cappomagi no later than 20 February 2004 by 3:00 P.M. PST. Oral questions/comments will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 2 March 2004 at 3:00P.M. PST. Offerors must submit a copy of the FAR 52.212-3, Representation and Certifications with the written response. Each offeror shall sign his/her quote. Responding offerors must provide their company name, point of contact, and telephone number on the bid. Quote is valid for 60 days from the date of submission.
