Description

*** ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE in FedBizOpps April 12, 2004 *** Project consist of removing a reinforced concrete box culvert and install a 3-sided box culvert with concrete footings and wing walls. Riprap is to be placed around the ends of the wing walls. Simulated streambed materials will be placed between the footings and then shaped to simulate a natural channel. The roadway will then be reestablished and paved according to the existing alignment and grades. Stringent dewatering, erosion and sediment control measures will be required to meet State of Oregon water quality standards. Project is located on the Siuslaw National Forest, Hebo Ranger District, Tillamook County, Oregon. Estimated start work date is August 6, 2004. Contract performance time is 60 calendar days. This proposed procurement listed herein is set-aside for HUBZone firms in accordance with the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Act of 1997. See Note 27.
