Description

This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items (nonpersonal services issued by the 509th Contracting Squadron, Whiteman AFB, Missouri. This document was prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and in accordance with FAR FAC 2001-20. This electronic solicitation is the only solicitation being issued, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation Number is FA4625-04-Q-0007. The NAICS code 334111 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is 1000. The item description is as follows: A quantity of seven (7) Single Board Computers (SBS Technologies Part Number VG468H10010N) or equal and a quantity of eight (8) MIL-STD-1553 Programmable Interface to PMC system (SBS Technologies Part Number ASF-PMC2CC-2/HZ) or equal. End Item Description. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. The clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items. FAR 52.247-34 F.O.B (Freight on Board) Destination. The provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of the provision with their proposal. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercials Items, applies to this solicitation.
