Description

Indicating Light Transmitting Panel, NSN: 6210-01-355-7332; P/N: 5-15-10452, TACOM-Rock Island has a requirement for 13 each of NSN: 6210-01-355-7332 Indicating Light Transmitting Panel. FOB shall be destination. This solicitation is Sole Source to General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products due to General Dynamics is the only known contractor who has the necessary test equipment to test the panels due to end use and military uniqueness. Offers from concerns o ther than General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products are not solicited. This is published for subcontracting purposes only. This proposed action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Estimated issue date is April 5, 2004. This solicitation sh all be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102; therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wanting an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following Internet address: http://aais.ria.army.mil . CAUTION: This solicitation shall be issued electronically as will any amendments. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or propo sal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
