**TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED** FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTACT LAVERN ASKEW, CONTRACTING OFFICER, AMSAM-AC-LS-T, 256-876-4119. EMAIL: (lavern.askew@redstone.army.mil) System: MULTIPLE LAUNCH ROCKET SYSTEM (MLRS), PRON: D14B0659, Nomenclature: Control Assembly, NSN: 1055-01-328-0665, PN: 13026553. The current known quantity for this item is 39 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for five (5) years f or a total maximum quantity of 89. Orders will be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. Delivery schedule is 11 0 days after award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualifie d sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-MA, FAX Number 256-955-7 737. Drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished.
