- Description
- CONTACT Timothy G. Leising, Electrical Engineer, (732)-427-1586. This is a market survey to locate sources for production of a vehicle based HF loop antenna. The antenna must operate in the HF band of 2 ?????? 30 MHz with a Near Vertical Incident Sky wave (NVIS) radiation pattern. NVIS operation would allow the antenna to operate with a 50 to 300 mile range. The antenna must be easily adaptable to a shelter of a HMMWV with a minimal impact on vehicle weight and width parameters. Any interested sources please send information for evaluation NLT 30 days after this publication to US ARMY CERDEC, Attn: AMSRD-CER-ST-WL-TR (Tim Leising) Bldg. 2700, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703.
