- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written letter quote will be provided upon request. RFQ N00102-04-Q-0858 will be issued with a closing date of 03/23/04 at 3:30 pm local closing time. To request a copy of the solicitation email to: Cookvl@mail.ports.navy.mil or fax a written request to 207-438-1251. Telephone requests will NOT be honored. The clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 commercial provisions will be included. The following estimated rooms will be required: (2) lots of standard rooms which will be estimated at 20 people per lot, for the dates 03/29 through 04/12/04. Rooms are cummulative. Winter rates wil l be required for each lot at less than the current per diem rate of $79.00 per room day. Award(s) will be made to the technically, acceptable, low offeror for each lot. All properties considered for an award must be inspected and accepted by the Governments duly authorized representative prior to receiving any award(s). A written copy of the solicitation is required to submit an offer.
