Description
The purpose of this Amendment No. 4 to Solicitation No. S-LMAQM-04-R-0045 is to provide additional questions/answers to all offerors. Therefore the following Questions/Answers are added as follows: Question 23. The SOW indicates a requirement for scoring. But the KSAP descriptions suggest narrative answers in government-provided questions be multiple choice? Or will there be some narrative questions? Answer: The Government-provided questions will all be multiple-choice or YES/NO. There will be no narratives. Provider is expected to develop additional questions in the three areas stipulated, i.e., General Knowledge, Psychological Assessment and English Language Usage. Question 24. Does the government have a preference for the format of the examination result? We are assuming plain-text in a document ? one document per examination. Answer: The Government has express no preference. One document per examination would appear appropriate. Question 25. Does the Government have a preference for data security related to the data interchange methodology? We assume that examination results transmitted in-the-clear to the Government is not acceptable. Answer: Transmission in the clear is not acceptable. However, the Government has expressed no preference for data security related to the data interchange methodology. Question 26. Given that the examination takers cannot be anonymous; what private information will be collected from the examination taker that will be forwarded with the results? Answer: It is require that the examination taker provide their name, date of birth and contact information which includes an address, telephone number, and e-mail address. End of Amendment No. 4.
