Description

The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information from GSA Schedule Contract holders regarding a planned competitive procurement for administrative support services. NGA contemplates awarding multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements against the terms and conditions of existing GSA Schedule Contracts. NGA is looking for sources, information, strategies, processes, lessons learned, performance based business strategies and other business information/recommendations for providing administrative support to a large government agency. This administrative support will be performed at NGA Washington DC Metropolitan area sites, although support may be extended to NGA organizations globally. Due to the sensitive nature of the work at NGA all contractor personnel shall be required to have the appropriate top-secret sensitive compartmented information clearance (TS/SCI). U.S. Citizenship Required This is not a request for proposal, the prospective Schedule Holder must provide and be capable of sustaining cleared personnel. . The Schedule Holder should be a service provider and an expert program manager and integrator who focuses on customer satisfaction Administrative services/skill sets to be performed include, but not limited to, Travel Services, Passport Support, Correspondence Preparation Review, Research Assistance, Timesheet support, Copier Management, Customer Service Center Operation, Office Manager functions, secretarial support, receptionist duties, office automation (MS Office Suite of Program), Scheduling services functions, Filing and Distribution Telephone Directory Management, Forms Management, Permanent Change of Station Management, Administrative Distribution, and Management Support.
