Description

The purpose of this announcement is to alert all potential offerors, that due to outstanding Evironmental Assessments, and the need to allow for public comment through April 1 2004, the requirement may be revised in scope, and the solicitation will therefore not be released until on or after April 7, 2004. Once the requirement is firm, the solicitation will be posted electronically at http://www.eps.gov. Proposals will be due on April 28, 2004. If you have any questions about the requirement in advance of the revised anticipated solicitation release date, please contact Elaine E. Flick, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Contracting Officer, at 303-236-3528 or Elaine_Flick@blm.gov, no sooner than the week of April 5, 2004.
