- Request for Information For Small Businesses Interested In Performing Kitting Services For Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Customers The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) is seeking information from industry that will assist in the development of kitting services to our military aviation customers located worldwide. The purpose of this RFI is to locate small businesses that are interested in establishing partnerships and long-term contracts with DSCR and to gather information about the ability to support the requirements to include a sample Statement of Work (SOW).
