Description

This is an AMENDMENT to the Pre-Solicitation Notice for the USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) requirement for construction services at our facility at Pocatello Supply Depot, Pocatello, Idaho. This AMENDMENT changes the solicitation release date to read March 22, 2004 (proposals will be due thirty (30) days after release of the solicitation). This change to the release of the solicitation (request for proposals), changes the due date for receipt of proposals to read April 21, 2004 (local time). The specifications are attached to the solicitation (as attachment #5). Copies of the drawings (plans) may be obtained by contacting the procurement official at - mail at: USDA, APHIS, ESB; Attn: Cynthia D. Barzey; 4700 River Road, Unit 115 (3D33); Riverdale, Maryland 20737, fax to: Construction Contracting Branch, attention: Cynthia D. Barzey at (301) 734-4846 or email: Cynthia.D.Barzey@aphis.usda.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All other portions of the pre-solicitation notice remain unchanged. All changes to the pre-solicitation notice, solicitation and attachments shall be posted to the website at: www.FedBizOpps.gov. The offeror must submit a street mailing address, phone number and an email address (if available) in all correspondence in reference to this requirement. Also affix the solicitation number ? APHIS-04-018 to all correspondence. The closing date has been changed to read April 21, 2004 at 2:30 p.m.
