- NA The VA VISN 22 Network Business Center intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 13) sole source contract with Royce Rolls Ringer Co, P.O. Box 1831, Grand Rapids, MI 49501 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. Royce Rolls Ringer Co shall provide carts that are stainless steal, non-porous, do not rust and very durable and are excellent for infection control. The VA Greater Los Angles Healthcare System infection control committee has approved these products. There the only carts know that provide the stainless steel and the dimensioned required by the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, CA. The Government requesting the following items: thirty each of the following housekeeping cart systems, CAC-214 Rolls Royce Ringer Co. Cabinet Cart Non Folding Stainless Steel 16-24 oz Wringer with two 7-Gallon Tank with 214 Dimensions 16x21x36 cart is 23?X36?, Standard Lockable Stainless Door that includes Auto Clock, Antibacterial Zipper Bags and Stainless Steel Trash Lids. Products shall be delivered ten working days after award. . The Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination to the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, Supply Warehouse Building No. 297, 11301 Wilshire Boulevard , CA 90073. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, E-mail address and point of contact. The Government will consider all quotes received by 4:00 p.m. April 1, 2004. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
