Description: Sources sought for repair/replacement of the hydraulic jack of the three-stop elevator S1 at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion, Indiana. Existing elevator cylinder is 10-3/4" OD, .279" wall thickness, approximately 49'11" in length. All work to be performed per ASME A17 code.
