Description

Sources sought to clean, videotape, and re-line designated portions of sewer piping at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion, IN. NAICS 237110 applies with a size standard of $28.5 mil. This project will consist of the cleaning, videotaping, and relining of approximately 1200 L.F. of 10-inch clay tile sanitary sewer piping with a resin-impregnated flexible tube pipe liner and the cleaning and videotaping of approximately 950 L.F. of 12-inch clay tile sanitary sewer piping. Included in the project will be the restoration to their original condition of any lawns and landscaping damaged as a result of the operations required to perform the work. The contractor will be required to provide the VA with a written report and videos in CD-Rom format of the results of the examinations and re-linings showing and indicating the condition of the sewer piping.
