Description

The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Aladdin Temp-Rite, of 250 E. Main Street, Hendersonville, TN 37075 for preventive maintenance services for teo Aladdin chill carts and related equipment. Aladdin is the proprietary provider of this equipment and the only know qualified company that works on and properly maintains said equipment. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government shall consider all proposals received by 3/26/04 @2:00pm. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See note 22
