- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4486-04-T-0014 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-20, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13.Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2004-0302. For informational purposes The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3561. The North American Industry Classification System is 333911. BID SCHEDULE shall be for four items: Electric motors and Booster pumps: Gpm 550, Head (ft) 71, Rpm 1467, Hp 15, Frame 254T, 50Hz, Peerless Model# F2140AM or equal - quantity of 2 Ea. Electric motors and Booster pumps: Gpm 780, Head (ft) 122, Rpm 2954, Hp 40, Frame 324TS, 50Hz, Peerless Model# F21140M or equal - quantity of 2 Ea. Clean-in-place pump. Electric motor and pump. Gpm 480, Head (ft)135, Rpm 2910, Hp25, Frame 256T, 50Hz, Peerless Model# 3x4-10MTP8196 or equal - quantity 1 Ea. Electric motor and Main booster pump: Gpm 835, Head (ft) 381, Rpm 2957, Hp150, Frame 445TS, 50Hz quantity 1 Ea FOB: Destination to New Cumberland PA Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be submitted and shall contain the following information: RFQ NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME, ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS (if applicable). Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Signed quotes must indicate CLIN number, quantity, unit price, and total amount for each item. Offerors shall include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERORS: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. EVALUATION/AWARD: IAW FAR 52.212.2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsive responsible low offeror or the offer representing the best value when compared to any lower price quotation or offer. All offerors should be CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR). OFFERORS SHALL INCLUDE A COMPLETE COPY OF THE PROVISION AT FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, WITH THEIR OFFER, which can be downloaded from the internet (http://www.farsite.hill.af.mil) Offerors that fail to furnish the required representation information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
