Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 4 each, Model BBS5A7AHM Power Amplifier , 50 watts, 46 dB, 100-240 VAC, rack size R3U, 2-4 GHz with options LCD 062 and RCN 052; 2 each Model BBS7 A8CHM Power Amplifier, 50 watt, 46dB min, 100-240 VAC, 4-6 GHz with options LCD 062 and RCN 052. Option LCD 062 includes touch screen digital display, including Fwd/Rev power indication (dB or Watt scale), gain adjustment, ALC fast/slow, on/off, standby m ode, fault indication, rear panel HPIP IEEE ?????? 488.2 remote interface. Option RCN052 includes rear panel mounted type ?????? N female connectors. Offers are due no later than 1300 hours, Friday, 26 March 2004 and shall be submitted electronically at virginia.miller@epg.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated on best value based on the following criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Delivery Schedule and price. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Th e government reserves the right to select for award, all, some, or none of the proposals received in response to this announcement.
