- Description
- Clean out foundation drains at Dardanelle Lock & Dam as follows: 153 drain holes in the grouting gallery and 11 drain holes in the crossover gallery by washing with high pressure jetting equipment capable of at least 10,000 psi at 20 gpm, or by reami ng. Hole depths range from about 35 feet to 61 feet, diameter is 3 inches. Contractor shall also provide an evaluation report including, but not limited to, a comparison and analysis of the flow from the drainage system before and after cleaning. This ac quisition is 100% set-aside for small business participation. The NAICS code is 562910 with a size standard of 500 employees. Solicitation will be posted on the Little Rock Contracting Division website at https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil on the issue date. Vendors are requested to register at the same website. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Governments best interest. All documents req uired for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Solicitation will be available on or about April 5, 2004. Proposals will be due on or abo ut April 26, 2004.
