Description

This Amendment No. A05 is being issued to notify potential offerors that the solicitation (RFP0407) to obtain a contractor to perform On-site system Independent Verification and Validation (IV & V for Section 508 compliance and provide technical consulting is now available (HARD COPY ONLY) upon written request. (NOTE: Due to technical issues, this solicitation will not be available via electronic commerce). Interested offerors must submit their request, via e-mail, to Caroline A. Fowler, Contracting Officer at: caroline.fowler@eeoc.gov, with a carbon copy to gregory.browne@eeoc.gov. Telephone requests will not be honored. Distribution of HARD COPIES: Due to the limited number of copies on hand, requests for a hard copy of the solicitation(RFP0407) will be honored on a first come basis. Once the supply has been exhausted, no additional copies will be made (NOTE: The Presolicitation Notice announcement (RFP0407) for this requirement was posted on the FedBizOpps website on February 11, 2004 and previous amendments (Modification A01- posted on 02/19/04; Modification A02 - posted on 03/01/04; Modification A03 - posted on 03/09/04 and Modification A04 - posted on 03/21/04). Questions to the solicitation are due to Caroline A. Fowler in writing, via e-mail, caroline.fowler@eeoc.gov, by COB April 12, 2004. The proposed procurement is a Total (100%) small business set-aside. Central Contractor Registration Required: The EEOC requires the prospective contractor to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, prior to award of the resultant contract. Potential Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at: http://www.ccr.gov. Sealed offers (original and 4 copies) for furnishing the required services in the schedule are due at 2:00 p.m., Washington, DC local time on April 20, 2004, (See Section L of the solicitation). Offers must be addressed to Caroline A. Fowler, EEOC-PMD, 1801 L St., N.W., Rm 2505, Washington, DC 20507.
