Description

Masonry Restoration, U.S. Customs House, New Orleans, Louisiana, PROJECT NO. RLA97005, DUE April 27, 2004, Point of Contact (POC) Elvera S. Pigg, 504-589-6094, x114, NAICS Code 235410/238140. Provide all materials & labor to (at a minimun) restore deteriorated/damaged mortar joints, spalled stone, cracks, etc. associated with the exterior masonry walls; cleaning of stained masonry walls of organic and chemical origin; and repairing/restoring and painting existing painted exterior items and surfaces. The project location is at the U.S. Customs House, 423 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA. Period of performance is 252 calendar days/36 weeks from date of Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost range of project is between $1,000.000 and $5,000,000. This negotiated contract will be acquired utilizing Commercial Items procedures with a firm fixed-price award to the offeror who provides the best value to the Government. This solicitation will be issued o/a April 1, 2004, and is a HUB-ZONE SET-ASIDE. Interested parties shall send all requests, including DUNS number to the attention of POC, Elvera S. Contractors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as a certified HUB-ZONE contractor to obtain the solicitation. The website is http://www.ccr.gov.
