Description

Food Service Facility, Hale Boggs Federal Building and US Courthouse, New Orleans, LA. Project No. NO04. DUE April 6, 2004, Point of contact (POC) Vicki Reed. 504-589-6094, x115, NAICS code 722310. Provide a food service contract for the purpose of dispensing food, non-alcoholic beverages and such other items as approved, for approximately 1,500 building occupants and patrons from surrounding buildings. The location is 500 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA. Period of performance is 5 years with additional 5 year options. No monthly fees/payments are due to the Government. This negotiated contract will be acquired utilizing Commercial Items procedures with the best value for the Government. The solicitation will be issued o/a April 9, 2004. An oral presentation will be required after proposals are received. Interested parties shall send all requests, including DUNS number to the attention of POC, Vicki Reed, Contracting Officer, e-mail, vicki,reed@gsa.gov. Phone: 504-589-6094, ext. 115. Contractors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to obtain the solicitation. The website is http://www.ccr.gov. Upon confirmation of registration, solicitation will be provided. This solicitation is being procured on an unrestricted basis.
