Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice advising potential offers that Government intends to issue a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction contract during the week of 15 March 2004 with a one year base period and four additional one year options. The guaranteed minimum amount of the potential contract per year is $100,000.00, which will be satisfied by issuing one or more delivery orders during each year of the contract. The maximum estimated value is $10,000,000.00 over the life of the contract; $2,000,000.00 for the base and $2,000,000.00 for each of the following four option years. This procurement is a 100% HUBZone small business set-aside. The North American Identification Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $28.5 million average annual receipts. A change has been made to the previous amendment to the pre-solicitation notice posted on 16 March 2004. The site visit is currently scheduled on 6 April 2004 and all interested parties that plan to submit a proposal on this solicitation are required to attend this site visit.
